WHAT WE OFFER
CHRIST-CENTERed COACHING
Dr. Daniel and Dana Carmona developed their own coaching model called
The LET’S DSAW System which is a tailored journey of:
Guided exploration [DISCOVER] followed by,
a conscious release of attachments, thoughts, habits, presuppositions,
or relationships [SURRENDER] then,
a period of rising to a new level of understanding and purpose [ARISE] and finally,
embodying that purpose through intentional actions [WALK].
This model emphasizes internal shifts and outward expression,
leading to a more fulfilling and authentic life.

We invite you to Discover + Surrender + Arise + Walk!
Premarital Coaching
Premarital coaching is a form of coaching that helps partners prepare for marriage by addressing potential issues, setting realistic expectations, and improving communication and conflict resolution skills before they say "I do." Premarital coaching aims to equip couples with the tools and knowledge necessary to build a strong, healthy, and enduring partnership.
Family Coaching
Family coaching is a collaborative process where a family works with the Carmonas to improve family relationships, communication, and overall well-being. It focuses on identifying and addressing specific areas of concern within the family, like parenting struggles or relationship conflicts. Daniel and Dana will help your family develop personalized strategies and techniques to achieve your goals, empowering your family to take ownership of their growth.

Church Consultation
Churches are living family systems. Over the years in pastoral ministry, we have learned that each church has its own culture and climate. Church families often face crises of church hurt, church splitting, abuse of power issues, and emotional trauma. If you are a pastor, administrator, or trustee and are in the position to speak officially on behalf of your church, we are available to consult with you.
Ministry to Pastors and Pastoral Families
Daniel’s research revealed that pastoral married couples experience ministry-related trauma as a result of their unique calling.
There are misconceptions about pastors being superhuman. Church members may believe that pastors don’t get depressed, fatigued, or burned out. There is a sense of incredulity at the notion that pastors have human emotional needs.
Over the years, we have heard stunning questions from well-meaning saints about pastoral families' health. These questions include:
Why would pastors get fatigued if they are Christian?
Don’t pastors have a prayer life?
Where is their faith?
The truth is that because pastors are human beings, pastors can experience stress and burnout as they seek to faithfully serve God and their congregation(s).
When fatigued by ministry and life, to whom can pastors turn for support? Who will keep their narratives confidential? What about their spouses? To whom can pastoral spouses turn for support in times of stress and anxiety?
As first-responders, pastors and their spouses can experience emotional fatigue and trauma due to their calling to serve grace-starved communities that include the members of their congregation(s).
We have had more than a front-row seat to the challenges that unfold in the lives of pastoral families. We have been there. We have experienced moments of incredible highs and heart-rending lows in pastoral ministry.
Yet, in spite of the lows in ministry, there is good news!
Ours is a story of restoration. It is a story of healing. We know from personal experience that God is a healer!
Additionally, Daniel's research showed that pastoral couples can heal with support and be restored by God.
We are committed to supporting pastoral families—this is our calling.
If you are in pastoral ministry going through this valley, you are not alone.
